Home Visitor Online Survey

Service Description

There is a need to gather perspectives from home visitors themselves to understand strengths and gaps to inform relevant, strategic approaches to build their capacity. The current study will employ recorded interviews and online surveys to capture home visitor’s knowledge, practices, and insights on family engagement and child development. The data will be reviewed to inform the co-design of training materials that support home visitors’ work with families. Focus areas will include promoting children's dual language capacities, early literacy skills, and engaging fathers—all within a culturally responsive lens. Materials developed will aim to reach diverse local leaders spanning home visitors, family engagement staff, supervisors, program administrators and coordinators.
